Currently, we are taking orders via e-mail. An online order form will be available soon. In the meantime, clicking the Order button anywhere on our website will send us an email. Please indicate which item you wish to order in your email, and we will contact you to confirm details of your order.

Ahimsa Creations is a PayPal Verified Merchant. Once we've confirmed your order, we will send you a bill via PayPal. Once your payment has been received, your order will ship.

Our products ship via USPS Priority Mail, guaranteed in 2-3 business days - it is the most affordable option for the size and weight of our products. If you prefer to have your item more quickly or through a different shipping service, we are happy to accomodate your request. This may increase the cost of shipping your product.

Shipping and handling charges apply to all products and range from $5 up, depending on where the product is being shipped to, how heavy it is and how quickly you want it. You will be notified of your S&H charges as soon as you submit your order request.

Any Ahimsa purchase can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, issued in the original form of payment or company credit, less shipping costs. Items that are stained or damaged beyond "normal wear and tear" will not be accepted for a refund. Customer will pay return shipping costs or any other incidental fees incurred by return.

All Ahimsa products are best cleaned by either spot-treating with a gentle detergent or hand-washing in cold water. For more information, please contact us.
